Based on this Headcanon/little story (don’t click if you don’t want spoilers) i made for Edge, i decided to make it into a fanfic. Once Beep-o analyzed its danger level, Mario and Edge agreed to take on the enemies within it themselves. With the others wishing for their safe return, the duo alongside their spark partners (Starburst and Exosphere) jumped into the Darkmess. It was a rough battle as the different renditions of Wildclaws nearly overwhelmed them, but the two managed to push through.
